Calista Lynn (Kenney) VanAirsdale

Calista Lynn Kenney VanAirsdale passed away peacefully surrounded by love in the presence of her family.

She was born October 23, 1948 in Oshkosh Wisconsin and married Tom VanAirsdale, December 16, 1967. She was preceded in death by her husband, Tom, her parents, Edward and Frances Kenney, and her older sister, Candace Johnson. She was survived by her brother: Ned Kenney, her sister: Colleen Knobloch, her daughters: Jennifer and Jill VanAirsdale and her granddaughter: Savannah Brown. 

She loved quiet mornings with her coffee, spending time in her beloved garden, and sharing stories and laughter while playing cards with her closest friends. Her heart of gold was fulfilled most by caring for those around her. Calista will be remembered as a woman who lived a beautiful life filled with love and faith. Her smile and laughter brought light to any room. She brought comfort and kindness that left a lasting imprint on all who knew her.

While she will be greatly missed, we all find comfort in knowing she is now resting peacefully, reunited with loved ones who went before her, and watching over those she loved so dearly on earth.

A celebration of her life will be announced at a later time.
